How the visit works
One day, several communities
- Route planned in advance. I pick the communities by your goal, price range and timeline.
- Model home open. You walk into the house and see finishes, square footage and the surroundings.
- Numbers in hand. I bring HOA, CDD, monthly cost and the updated inventory of every community.
- No commitment. The visit creates no obligation and costs you nothing.

About the visit
How does a visit to the communities work?
You pick the day and time here, I confirm by WhatsApp and build the route. In a single day you can visit 2 to 4 nearby communities, always with the model home open.
Can I visit without being in the United States?
Yes. On the live video tour I walk through the house and the community on WhatsApp, answering in real time. Many clients buy this way and only see the house at the key handover.
What are the community opening hours?
Sales offices open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 18pm and Sundays from 12pm to 18pm, Florida time (ET). Outside those hours I arrange a private showing.
Do I pay anything to visit?
No. The visit and the follow-through cost the buyer nothing: the agent's commission is paid by the builder.
Can I bring my family or an advisor?
You can, and I recommend it. If you want, I also bring a lender to talk about financing on the same day.
